15U Win Silver at the Provincial Cup

The Blaze U15 team played well at the Brock tournament. We started out first in our pool and played back to back crossover, semi final and the final gold medal match against Forest City. We started out pretty even for most of the first game but FC pulled away. We continued to battle against them but in the end they persevered. We had several compliments from the referee and the head coach of Forest City. Taking into account the back to back matches, and the fact that F.C had the opportunity to watch our previous match we held our own. As the Forest City coach put it, “Blaze is a great team and I know we’ll meet again” Absolutely we will. We’re counting on it. Nevertheless we are now in tier one. Good effort ladies, thanks for your support and thanks to the parents for their kindness and caring.
