April 17/10 Carol says: What more is there to say! This weekend was truly a testament to the
dedication and commitment of Matt and Steve as coaches for our
girls. The girls played their hearts out yesterday - everyone gave it
their best and truly came together as a team. Vanessa's serving
was on fire all day and Katie made some truly spectacular digs
throughout the day. Even though we lost in the semi's, you all played
hard. To all the girls, congratulations, to the parents, thank you for your
time, energy, support, laughter and fun. To Matt and Steve, you are
exceptional coaches and are truly deserving of a gold medal. You have
proved once again that you are not only exceptional gentlemen but top
notch coaches. I can only speak for Don and I, but we really appreciate
all your hard work and dediction to this team. The time you took to spend
with the team on Saturday, not only at dinner but playing Scategories,
payed off in the team bonding that took place on and off the court
yesterday. Thanks for hanging out with us old fogie parents too.

assisted at this event. Sounds like the girls had a great time and
it would have been an entertaining game to watch. Good work, proud
to be part of such a great coaching staff.

She plans to try out for Blaze next year. She loved the coaches, the

send a player to the All Star Game. This is such a great way to
promote volleyball in the elementary schools. We will definately
be sending a rep for this game.

donation. There are many toys given to the younger children, with few
for the older ones. Your donation has made it possible for some
gifts to be purchased for this older age group. Please express our

August 4/09 Ron says: Let me congratulate the entire Blaze organization on the Beginners
Camp. The registration communication, quality of the staff,
programme delivery, rapport with the girls and the support from
the Blaze community on a daily basis was far superior to any we
have seen in previous sports groups. My daughter wants to join
Blaze - and she will have our full support to do so.
