 1986 - 1993 - President and Coach of Hamilton Express - ages 16 to adult

 

Certification:

  

 

Referee for 24 years, 15 at the National Level of Certification. She is a Mentor and Evaluator for the Region 3 Officials Board.

 

Career Highlights:

 

Player since 1978 for Hamilton Seekers, Mohawk College, Provincial and National Teams. One of only 15 female National referees in Canada, officiating at National and Provincial Level Tournaments in Canada and the United States.

 

 

Coaching Philosophy:

 

Teresa will be working with the Blaze setters on an individual basis and within their team organization.  She will bring her knowledge, the "setter's philosophy" and her techniques for reading team abilities - the strengths and weaknesses of both the setter's own team, and those of their opponents - to our players.
